Where is the Modenhaus showroom?

What does Modenhaus offer?
We offer premium German kitchens (Schüller, next125 and Impuls), fitted wardrobes, media walls, home offices and utility rooms, natural and engineered stone worktops, fireplaces, appliances, sinks and multifunction taps.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Ruislip, Pinner, Harrow, Northwood, Uxbridge, Ealing, Watford, Eastcote, Stanmore, Rickmansworth, Bushey, Radlett, Chiswick, Beaconsfield, Edgware, Wembley, Harefield, Gerrards Cross, Borehamwood, plus the wider Greater London and Home Counties area. Each town has its own page with postcodes and neighbourhoods. You can also check your postcode on our service areas page.
Are you an authorised dealer for the brands you show?
Yes, we are an authorised dealer for many of the brands featured in our showroom and collections. Where relevant, authorised status may apply to specific brands or product ranges, so please contact us if you would like confirmation for a particular product.
All trademarks, brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Kitchens
Which kitchen brands and styles do you offer?
We offer German kitchens from Schüller, next125 and Impuls, in contemporary, handleless, open-plan, shaker and luxury design styles. We can help you compare ranges, finishes and layouts for your home and budget.
Do you publish kitchen prices?
No. A kitchen’s cost depends on its size, layout, brand range, worktops and appliances, so prices are not published online. Share your plans and budget in a design consultation and we will suggest suitable options.
Can you design a kitchen for my budget?
We offer German kitchens for a range of budgets. Tell us what you want to spend and which features matter most, and we will plan around that.
Process & timings
How does a Modenhaus project work?
A project has six stages: initial consultation, concept design, detailed design and specification, technical survey and production, installation and delivery, then handover and ongoing support. Our process page explains each one.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take around 5 to 12 weeks. The exact time depends on the size and complexity of the project, the products and materials you choose and their lead times, and how ready your property is for installation. We will give you a timeline for your own project once your design and products are confirmed, and keep you updated as the work progresses.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Photos and any measurements or plans of the room, images of styles you like, a rough budget range and your must-haves, such as appliances and storage. None of it needs to be final. The consultation is for talking things through.
Do you handle installation?
Yes. Installation and delivery is part of our process. It covers fitting, stone templating and appliance set-up, followed by a final walkthrough and advice on looking after everything.
Wardrobes, media walls & stone

Do you make fitted wardrobes and media walls?
Yes. We design fitted wardrobes and dressing rooms, media walls and living spaces, home offices, utility and laundry rooms, and made-to-measure storage for awkward spaces. These can be planned together with your kitchen if you want.
Which worktop and surface materials do you offer?
Our stone solutions include premium mineral and quartz surfaces such as Silestone, sintered stone and porcelain such as Dekton, Eclos mineral surfaces, Sensa, granite and quartzite, and marble and limestone. We can talk you through what suits your project.
Appliances, sinks, taps & fireplaces
Which appliance brands do you work with?
We feature Siemens, Bosch, NEFF, BORA and Miele, covering ovens, hobs, extraction, refrigeration and more. We choose appliances around how you cook and plan them into your kitchen design.
What is a five-in-one tap?
Multifunction taps, including five-in-one boiling-water taps from Quooker and BLANCO, bring several water functions, including boiling water, to a single tap. Ask us how each system works and what it needs under the sink.
Which fireplace brands do you offer?
We feature fireplaces from Planika and British Fires. Models, fuel types and installation requirements vary, so please contact us to discuss what suits your room and property.
Guarantees, brochure & booking
Do you offer warranties or finance?
Warranty and finance terms depend on the product and are not set out on this website. Please ask us for current details before you decide, so that you have them in writing.
Can I request a brochure?
Yes. Our brochure introduces our kitchens, fitted furniture, materials and how we work. You can request it from the project portfolio form on our collections page.
