Check the ceiling
Older homes often have ceilings that slope or vary along a wall. Fitted wardrobes are scribed to follow them exactly.

Fitted wardrobes
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and dressing rooms that use every centimetre of your room, with interiors planned around what you actually own.
Fitted wardrobes
Freestanding wardrobes leave gaps above, beside and behind them. Fitted wardrobes run from floor to ceiling and wall to wall, scribed to uneven walls, sloping ceilings, picture rails and chimney alcoves, so there is nowhere for dust or clutter to gather.
Inside, we plan the layout around your clothes: long and short hanging, deep drawers, shoe storage, pull-out trouser rails and space for suitcases. Integrated lighting comes on as the door opens, so you can see everything.
Doors can match your kitchen or stand on their own, from smooth matt lacquer and timber veneers to fluted glass and mirrored panels.

Wardrobe types

The most flexible choice: every section opens fully, and doors can carry internal mirrors or accessories.

Ideal where there is no room for doors to swing open, such as narrow bedrooms or beside a bed.

Open shelving, hanging and drawers on several walls, with an island or dressing table if space allows.
Good to know

Allow room to walk past an open hinged door. If the space is tight, sliding doors are often the better choice.
Wardrobe doors can use the same finishes as your kitchen or media wall, so the house feels considered throughout.

For most rooms, yes. They use the full height and width of the wall, hide uneven walls and ceilings, and give you far more usable storage than freestanding furniture of the same footprint.
Hinged doors give full access to every section and suit most rooms. Sliding doors are better where there is no space for a door to swing, for example close to a bed.
Yes. We scribe wardrobes to sloping and uneven ceilings, including loft rooms, so they fit tightly without gaps.
